What is your Cancelation/No Show Policy?

If you Cancel/Reschedule within 48 hours you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel/reschedule before that 48 hour window you can transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment or cancel and get a refund on the deposit automatically.


No Shows are charged the full amount of the appointment price.

All deposits must be paid for on our online booking site, our system is now set up to book, take deposits and reschedule all in one place!

What is your return Policy?

No returns on gift cards, hair accessories, services or body products.

We welcome exchanges for any surface products that may not be the right fit for you, there’s always the perfect product and we would love to find that for you!
